How can I avoid the exception when starting Mire Engine?

Hi! I'm michyo, Japanese Game Creator.

Today, I completed the installation of Mire Engine and tried to start it.
When I start MireEditor.exe and try to create a "New Project", an error occurs and I cannot proceed.
If I did update or not, press the "Open Project" button, or press the "Continue Last Project" button, all will fail with the same "Unhandled Exception" dialog.

I tried both 4.0.3.2 and 4.0.3.3 versions of MiRE and both were the same.
I want to use Mire Engine.
Could you please tell me how to start it normally?

Hello, this is old version of mire engine.
Download new version at Itch.io

This error show because you need to run Mire whit Administrator privilege.
